So I sent off my application for the Bristol old Vic theatre school a few days ago, for next
years entry. To say I am nervous is an understatement, I have grown up a theatre kid in Bristol, the Bristol old Vic theatre school is the school to go to if you live in the south west to make it... or anywhere for that matter. When I went to view the school on their open afternoon there was people from all over the country came down just for a few how hours.
The Dramatic writing Masters is a new course to the school, but you know when your looking for a home or your university and you can just see yourself being there, That's what happened when I went to the Bristol Old Vic theatre school. Maybe i was fan girling a little bit inside but with their reputation can you blame me! I know its ironic; I am dyslexic yet I am applying for a masters that is 100% writing based, but hey the heart wants what the heart wants right.
I now have torturous month to wait to hear about the interview stage, and prepare for the interview; making sure my online portfolio is in tip top condition.
